As I wrote earlier, I had a bad night physically, went dancing and felt great,

woke up feeling congested, allergy related, took the morning off but saw clients

in the afternoon. My sinuses cleared only to have a terrible stomach ache. When

I got home, back to sinus/allergies. Sat to meditate and had the wildest trip.

All of a sudden, I was not breathing myself. I was being breathed. There would

be these long inhalations as if breathe was being breathing into me then

dramatic exhalations that had its own rhythm. I was aware at one point I could

have been afraid but I was reminded that there was nothing to fear. The

breathing went on for its own organic time frame until it started coming back to

a gentler, calmer, slower breathe and I started weeping for joy. I feel this

deep connection with the divine, something I'm aware I felt deeply as a child

but had somehow forgotten. I appreciate a place I can share these beautiful

experiences/gifts.

much love,

Jan

Hi Jan!

Yes, that must have been quite the experience! Reading you feeling so much

closer to the divine and how you described that you were being breathed is

giving me goosebumps! Hope your allergies clear up soon - and I just loved that

analogy of being breathed...hope it was minty fresh! ha

Love to you Jan and keep on dancing!!!!
