Guest guest
This instruction is very relevant to the Kundalini, as much energy and opportunity are present at the dusk and the dawn, when , as Rumi states, there are secrets to tell and many crossing the threshold. (Not only sleepers are crossing that threshold) This is absolutely the truth. This also is a reference to the sleep of those who have not yet awakened to Kundalini. Much of the kriyas activity in the person will be present at about 3:00 AM and this is why many of the K yoga folks call it the golden hour. I find it happens anywhere from 3 to 8 am and is variable with the amount of sleep the individual has received and needs.- chrism poem (by Rumi) The breezes at dawn has secrets to tell you Don't go back to sleep You must ask for what you really want Don't go back to sleep People are going back and forth across the doorsill Where the two worlds meet The door is round and open Don't go back to sleep Rumi
Guest guest
This is beautiful. My favorite times of the day are Dawn and Dusk. Dawn preferbaly but both are my favorite. Love the poem!
