Guest guest
The first chakra and the base of the spine are from the tailbone town to the feet. This includes all of both legs and feet. If you are having - Hot Legs - lol! - then from a Kundalini perspective you are having a first chakra reaction to Kundalini stimulation though the Chi can also bring some of these symptoms. - blessings to you Se Thoe Hon Ming! - chrism , Se Thoe Hon Ming <sethoe wrote: > > Hi Chrism, > Does Kundalini awakening starts from the spine only? > What does it means when only both your legs gets hot. Guest guest
dear chrism could the condition of extensive & extended (3rd day running) muscular pain in both the legs with burning feet also be a part of the K stimulation? also sleeplessness which though could be because of the consistent pain another query - do the Tibetans also cover chakra balancing/opening/healing in addition to K activation? am also taking this opportunity to thank you for the shaktipat & all your efforts towards helping/guiding/assisting so many of us selflessly, my pranaam to the divine within you , " chrism " <> wrote: > > The first chakra and the base of the spine are from the tailbone town to the feet. Guest guest
Yes Se Thoe Hon Ming, To be sure this can be an indicator. However there will need to be other phenpomena as well. It is best to make sure the symptoms are not that of a medical or physiological nature. Such as fallen arches or a fungus that can make the feet feel as if they are burning etc. Yes muscular tensioning and spasming are also indications of Kundalini. How are your emotions? How are your dreams? How is your waking life? Look for other signs of the Kundalini the energetic sensations of dense vibration coursing up the spine or a significatn event in one area of the body - a chakra - that is of an energetic/spiritual nature. Look at the big picture and see if there is more than hot feet and sleeplessness. If it is the case that you have determined this is of a Kundalini nature by process of eliminating and then discerning the symptoms please move into the practice of the safety protocols. All of them daily. http://www.kundaliniawakeningsystems1.com/the-safeties.html If these most obvious sensations are not accompanied by other phenomena see if there is a medical or other physiological issue at the root of these sensations and the sleep condition. - blessings Se Thoe Hon Ming - chrism , " archer45_1961 " <archer1961 wrote: > > dear chrism > could the condition of extensive & extended (3rd day running) muscular pain in both the legs with burning feet also be a part of the K stimulation? Guest guest
Dear Chrism Please accept apologies for my goof-up; the following post was submitted by me & it didn't occur to me that I should have added my name to the subject as I have now noticed some others probably do; is this how it should be? - Re: Some of my first experiences - Amit dear chrism could the condition of extensive & extended (3rd day running) muscular pain in both the legs with burning feet also be a part of the K stimulation? Also sleeplessness which though could be because of the consistent pain another query - do the Tibetans also cover chakra balancing/opening/healing in addition to K activation? am also taking this opportunity to thank you for the shaktipat & all your efforts towards helping/guiding/assisting so many of us selflessly, my pranaam to the divine within you As to answer a few of the queries you have put to Se Thoe Hon Ming – Emotions wise I feel my emotions are generally quite neutral, I do get angry sometimes but that isn't as regular as it used to be a few years ago & it's not that I'm suppressing my anger, I just don't feel angry towards most situations; other emotions too I feel somewhere deep inside there's something which is gradually settling down to calmness; am usually compassionate & helping towards others even if the individual is a stranger, that's usually my natural response to a situation thus requiring; jealousy I don't consciously remember having felt towards anyone; ambitions aren't a very familiar territory to me, am usually content with whatever is the situation financially; can't think of any other emotion right now but please ask if you wish to, will try to answer. One snake dream I'd mentioned to you some time back, otherwise though I do get dreams but usually I don't recollect these with clarity on waking up, the snake dream was an exception; apart from that there has been repeated occurrence over quite some years (the last was maybe a few months ago), of a common ending for different dreams – I usually forget the dream but quite clearly remember on waking up that towards the end I'm in some or the other kind of desperate situation (at times a life & death situation) & wanting to shout for help but when I do try to shout am unable to do so & instead only some gurgling kind of sound comes out, it's usually at this stage that my wife wakes me up because I've actually made a strange sound that disturbed her sleep so the final ending is still a mystery:) Other physical sign I've noticed was a rush of a tingling sensation up my spine a couple of times a few months ago, once it rushed up to about mid back, once it sprang up & spread out like a fountain around shoulder blades, once it was creeping up very slowly; sometimes there were jerks around the hip area but these didn't appear on the outer physical side more like somewhere inside but am not sure & these usually came before the tingling sensations; Increased se & ual appetite for some time but that could be because I've met someone whom I'm able to relate to in various aspects, not very clear on this subject. Looking forward to your guidance & suggestion love amit , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Yes Se Thoe Hon Ming, > To be sure this can be an indicator. However there will need to be other phenpomena as well.
