Its not always about removing the painful symptom. Or covering it up or

finding quick and easy relief. Nice as that is to be sure! Sometimes change

incurs pain. Seeking to remove the pain or disturbance from an ego perspective

may not be the best approach and will instead create more pain. Rather finding

that which is not in balance with the Kundalini agenda will often bring the

release of the pain.

Inside of the pain this can seem like far to long of a wait! Going inside and

searching may seem to take way to much time! And its hurting! And as we as a

society are not at all used to any kind of interior communication let alone

search we will struggle against this option and in many cases we will look

outside to find a " cure " for a problem that is inside and awaiting balance.

As we walk inside of this experience let the pain teach you how to discern its

source and even if that pain is to be removed at all. Not all pain is bad. Yes

it hurts and yes it is distracting and yes it dominates the focus. Yes it can be

needed for the issue to be understood and yes it can be a sign that healing is

on the way. And yes sometimes we must have some pain!

In many ways if we do not have pain then we will not proceed. We will simply

rest in the bliss and the good sensations rather than venture out of that

pleasure bubble.

Pain can be a driving force for our continued transformation and focus on what

is occurring. Pain for the ego will be a common factor as it is educated with

pain towards its ability to come into a surrender and acceptance of the " new

balance " occurring within all of the expressive bodies of the person.

Look at the issue even inside of its painful expression. See where it leads you

inside and be assured no time will be wasted. The body wants balance so trust

that it will go directly to where that imbalance is. It is the EGO that may

struggle and what is found. -

Dear Chrism, I remember the first time I learned that pain could be a positive

thing was when I was in labour.. in fact the more pain the more progress!  For

me I had to surrender to that pain and in a way I had to face death in order to

birth.

He he .. laughing at myself here as I remember!.......I did get " stuck " and

tired and fed up too during labout and at times I really wished it was all over

... that I could accelerate forward to the birth and have done with all the pain

and effort.... but I knew I had no poweer over the rate and strenght of my

labour... my only choice was how I would be in it... so I would choose to  die

or surrender again... and again!  And in fact as the labour progressed I

welcomed the " pain  " .. which by then was not really pain at all.   Just as well

I am far to old now LOL or I would be getting broody with all the talk of

pregnancy and new babies and the labour journey. Love Julia.

This is so true and full of wisdom, we as a society never take the time to

listen to our pain, we want it gone as quickly as possible and are so relieved

when its not felt anymore, usually only to come back again twice as bad if the

message was not received.

As a healer I have always tried to educate people on listening to their bodies,

listening to the pain, its just like getting an email from your body, you are

supposed to read it, listen to it, spend time thinking about it.

Great post chrism, love elektra x x x
