Hey everyone,

Hope everyone had a good weekend!

So I have a question (again! ;) ). This one if for the people who do yoga

and follow the KAS1. Up until today, the meditation I have been

doing is the yogi concentration meditation. I did do the handlocks but I did

not have my eyes looking between the eyebrows. Even though

my third eye is always kind of open so there is always pressure between my

eyes, I learned to relax deeply to the point where I can sense the

sensations of the air around the rim of my nose. So everything is OK up

until today. Today I decided to meditate using the same posture but

with the eyes rolled up. All I have to say is WOW! :) The whole

top/front/back/sides of my head went under pressure from the energy. My

upper

back and my spine had energy crawling on them. I felt this " need " to move my

head back until I couldnt do it anymore. I wasnt sure how far back

it went, but when I brought it to the front again my neck kind of hurt.

Ok so here is my situation. I definitely want to do this meditation again,

because I can definitely see how it helps K rise. I also want to do

my yoga pure concentration meditation because I see how it develops

concentration. So, for the people that do yoga and KAS1, which meditation

do you do? Do you do both? Or maybe you combine them both (Im not sure here

how you would, as I explained above)? What are your suggestions?

Chrism, btw I know its a little late but thank you for the shaktipat.

Much love,

Mike
