Guest guest
Your welcome Mike. May I suggest that you do both of the meditations at different times. - , JiNN <jinnproduction wrote: > > Hey everyone, > Hope everyone had a good weekend! > So I have a question (again! ). Guest guest
Oh man! My daily routine is going to be like 3 hours long. ! I am going to do it all during one shot, since in the morning you cannot make me do anything physical even with a gun to my head. So here is my daily routine, that I actually started practicing today: Breath of fire 5 Tibetans Alternate Nostril Breather and/or Spinal Breathing K Meditation Yoga (1/2 of first series) Yoga Meditation. LOL! I can actually pull it off as long as I get enough rest at night. That is my biggest problem is that I always stay late the get like 5 hours of sleep. After 3-4 days of 5 hours of sleep I am all exhausted. Anyway will keep you all updated on the progress On Sun, Jul 5, 2009 at 11:55 PM, chrism <> wrote: > > > Your welcome Mike. Guest guest
I would suggest that you remove the breath of fire as that is rushing needlessly. I would also suggest that you do the yoga med. and yoga and the Kundalini med. and five Tibetans at different times of the day or night. - suggestions is all its still up to you. - , JiNN <jinnproduction wrote: > > Oh man! Guest guest
Hi Chrism. Thank you for your suggestions. Im just a little confused by what you mean by " rushing needlessly " . Can you elaborate what you mean? Thanks Mike On Mon, Jul 6, 2009 at 9:18 PM, chrism <> wrote: > > > I would suggest that you remove the breath of fire as that is rushing > needlessly. Guest guest
Breath of fire is a way forcing energy into and upon the nadis of the nostrils and hyper stimulating the system. Its like blunt force trauma to the nadis. Yes it is an accepted format within some Hindu and yoga practices. And yes it is your choice my friend. This is merely my opinion and there will be others who disagree with that opinion. I feel it is important to go gently and as easily as possible on the endocrine system. Its merely a suggestion Mike. You choose. - , JiNN > Im just a little confused by what you mean by " rushing needlessly " . > Can you elaborate what you mean?
