Guest guest
It is common for the sequential aspects of chakra infusion to happen as the person is inside of a practice that supports that kind of response. As the spinal sweep or upward thrust of the energy in the spine enervates each chakra this can also cause a sequential state of chakra opening. Often from the base of the spine to the top of the head. But " after " that initial activation or the awakening of the chakras the sequential dynamics will often no longer apply. Then as the Kundalini begins the actual transformation of the individual different areas and chakras will receive attention. Much of this is simultaneous and many areas are inside of the Kundalini " workings " at the same time. Often for the sake of the conscious state of the individual certain aspects of these internal and external changes will occur in ways that allow for a gradual acclimation for the infusion of Kundalini to be processed. For instance hyper arching of the feet may not always coincide with hyper flaring of the nostrils or fluttering of the heart. These may come singularly and conversely they may come in a suite of phenomena. After certain aspects of the Kundalini awakening have been experienced the sequencing can fade. - , Julia Ahern <jajahern wrote: > > Dear chrism, Thank you for your answer. > I would like to ask another question please. Guest guest
Thanks Chrism, that is interesting... When the first kundalini movement occured two years ago I am certain that all my chakras were then open... I used to meditate and breath through the chakras and I was aware of them intimatly...(that said I think that my throat chakra never fully opened or if it did I was not given full awareness of it) Back then I used to breathe in through the top of my head and down through the chakras!! I was led to do it that way, or at the least I knew no other way to proceed at that time . This time I do not activly focus on the chakras or breath into or through them.... that feels ok for me now and I think I will be told if that changes in the future. I hope that is an ok way to be because it feels ok to me. Love Julia. ________________________________ <> Monday, July 6, 2009 11:07:13 AM Re: Julia - Sequential chakras It is common for the sequential aspects of chakra infusion to happen as the person is inside of a practice that supports that kind of response.
