Guest guest
Maggie - I'm imagining your drinking in the dark neighbor catching a little n*de madness from you...he would be wondering if he hallucinated it or what??? So inside your house is good too! And are you still laughing Tiffany? I need some laughter right now! I sorta feel down - the full moon amplifies things for me - and last night it was soooo cold that honestly I didn't last for 45 minutes - and the grass was wet and so was my trampoline - so tonight is better and I will go for the madness - really going to do the Goddess Prayer and feel love in my heart and try to release these sad feelings - So hopefully I can connect in a better way tonight - It will make me smile to think of you all out there under the light of the full moon! We know Linda will be doing cartwheels....(: I must say I didn't hear too many " Yays " Say " Yay! " Deb (:
Guest guest
Yay ;o) no, I dident go n*ude, it was way too cold up in mountains where I live.. but I did have another stange experience yesterday... I went out for a walk in the late evening, with your moony madness in mind, up to a perfectly round grassy hill I love to go to. I started singing as I walked, just random, I love doing that, and the legs keep the rithm. well, i got to the top of the hill and was singing away at the top of my lungs (no neighbors near, so I felt quite free) after a while I start focusing the song on the throat area (feeling the vibrations of the voice, I can direct where I want to feel them if I try, head, mouth, nose..) and then something strange happened.. have you ever tried to sing in one of those old stone churches, with the vast echo, that multiplicaes the sound and it seems that many people are singing but it's only you? well, that happened, but it was inside me, I would hear my voice echoing inside my body, a lot, and even on different frequences at the same time. it was really beautiful. and it was not coming from outside, it would be completely silent when I was not singing. it sounded like I had a whole empty church inside of me! so strange. well, that was a lot of fun.. but I got home and I started having a deep phlegmy cough, I dont know if it was the vibrations in my chest or the chilly night ;P full moon fun to all of you! lucia > I must say I didn't hear too many " Yays " > > Say " Yay! Guest guest
Hi Lucia! You did honor the full moon...and the echoing was cool! I wonder if you were doing what they call throat singing...I've watched some youtube videos and the vibrations it makes - some say it very powerful healing - don't know? But its so strange this hearing of the inside of ones body...sometimes hearing the heartbeat or the blood rushing or that beautiful deep humm from inside - hearing the very inside of the body working...and you hearing an echo...very cool...it seems when I make that noise - that vibrating noise like in OMMMM or HUMMMM that the vibrations start up too throughout the body. Very beautiful this kundalini! (: Your Grassy Hill Walk sounds so nice under the full moon! Thank you! Guest guest
Hi Lucia, I felt some of my first stirrings of Kundalini when inside ancient cathedrals. A few years ago, I was lucky to be able to visit the Italian Abbey of Montecassino (perhaps you know it?). Walking back to the tourist bus, I felt very shuddery and spaced out as though I had merged with some undefinable vibrant energy. My fellow passengers also seemed deeply affected and were very quiet (not their normal rowdy selves lol) as we drove away. Excuse the " name dropping " (I rarely go anywhere !) but I was also blessed to be able to walk through the Notre Dame Cathedral and once again felt the same echoing of the " sounds of silence " and a really heart-felt connection - something like deja vu, though I have no memory of a previous life. All I can say is that these old places of devotional worship (whether well known or not) seem to be really powerful Kundalini magnets. ---------------------------- Lucia wrote: " ....Have you ever tried to sing in one of those old stone churches, with the vast echo, that multiplicaes the sound and it seems that many people are singing but it's only you? well, that happened, but it was inside me, I would hear my voice echoing inside my body, a lot, and even on different frequences at the same time. it was really beautiful. and it was not coming from outside, it would be completely silent when I was not singing. it sounded like I had a whole empty church inside of me! so strange. Guest guest
Hi Deb, I share your love of throat singing and agree that there are some beautiful examples on youtube. My favourite is http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=n4e9hcqVVfY best watched on full screen. The bird life at the end of the video is very special. Love - John. ======================== Deb wrote: " .....I wonder if you were doing what they call throat singing...I've watched some youtube videos and the vibrations it makes - some say it very powerful healing - don't know? Guest guest
so now dear lucia you have your own choir within you - what a lovely experience- i too have been in the old churches and there is a reverence that is felt - all that energy from all the years of praying and love being sent - i love hearing choirs sing and i especially enjoy the choirs of nuns - they have truly a celestial connection and it can be heard and felt when they sing- do you sing in italian or english? my cousins sing in both languages - i used to sing all the time that stopped when k arrived - it has come back a little but not nearly as before - and before it was an unconscious happening - i did not realize i was singing all the time now i am silent most of the time - one day maybe i will get my voice back and hear again the sounds of song- enjoy your choir within potete trovare la canzone ad ogni punto… e

Guest guest
YAY! The moon amplifies something inside of me as well. Usually it's a mooch-o better day for me and I can send amplified love to the Earth. Yesterday it wasn't completely that way. And today is very strange for me. Lot's of warnings or rather " completion of things missed " . Like this morning I got pulled over by a cop for the first time in four years. It amazes me how long I went! So luckily he was nice and only gave me a warning. So that is warning number one. Then I get a nice call from my bank for transferring money between accounts too many times in one month (hand slap). mmmm... So then I am walking to my work's other building where there is a gym and I do yoga there when I get a call from my son's summer camp. I forgot to give him his medication today! So I jogged back to my car and drove home to get it and give him his medication. mmmm... Then I get back to work and find out great news about the sale of our house (YAY!). It's like little odds and ends are being completed, or messages being sent to warn me as well (like slow down when driving, remember to transfer plates over to new state I just moved back into, keep watch of money transfers, remember the meds or something). I know there are symbolic messages for me from these as well. But very intriguing energies today! Lunar eclipse bring strangeness but like finishing up things to start anew. Deb, how about I offer to do the Tibetans naked in my room instead of standing outside as a trade-off! Guest guest
seven cathedrals! now that would be a whole lot of echoes! I tried it again today, it seems to be right there now! I wonder why I never heard/felt them before. must be the Full Moon Madness I am a cancer, and totally moon struck. they say caners can be hehe , I can sing in both manguages (my mom is american) but I dont sing words when I sing like that.. it's just random chant like noise, usually it starts out with a sort of " theme " and then it developes from there.. depending on the mood. and it gets less and less song like as I progress. I doubt it's very pleasent to the ears lol but when I sing words I get more self conscious and worry about how it sounds, if it makes sense and so on.. this way my brain seems to stay out of it and I relly let go and get in to it. I love choirs too! I used to sing in one a few years ago. John, loved that link you sent, I do nothing like that, but it is similar in that it was way back in my throat and seemed to split higher and lower, like harmonics. lucia , " " . wrote: > > so now dear lucia you have your own choir within you - what a lovely experience- > >
Guest guest
Hi Maggie! I know everything IS SO MUCH MORE INTENSIFIED during the full moon!! Good, bad and everything inbetween...if the air blinks any harder out there I may just blink out! All those things that need taking care of do rear their head now don't they? And all those feelings inside seem to come pouring up - no where to run - no where to hide - just gotta go with the flow I guess - I hear your " Yay! " and I raise that to one more - on for tonight again...So you go ahead and do those Tibetans in your room (and hey if you want to leave the shades open - some neighbor will be smiling!) Although I don't think I'm doing the Tibetans out there - grass is a bit wet (no need for wet butt cheeks) soooo....I will sincerely make peace with the beautiful full moon - hear that man on the moon - you're about to be flashed - again in loving appreciation mind you! I will do the Goddess Prayer and there is my trampoline - N*ked Trampoline Full Moon Madness-maybe I'll see you spinning in your window if I jump high enough - (or maybe I'll just lay low - don't want to get arrested or taken away from the men in white coats!) I'll be smiling thinking of you in your window - Valarie in her pool, Linda on Edgars lawn doing cartwheels (ha) - who else? Say " YAY " You know you want to...(: Deb P.S. - When exactly does this madness end? , " Maggie Anderson " <a216024 wrote:
Guest guest
So I forgot to do it last night! My exhausted body took over. However, I did do it today after my shower! I said, " mmm well I *am* already naked. Now seems like a good time. " So there you have it. Fun!
