That of the Holy Spirit which for me is saying the Kundalini and that of your ego consciousness which for me is saying of the flesh body. The ego can strive to retain memories and yet some things will not be allowed until certain conditioning's have been received by the ego body. The electric thread is the reason for the tongue lock in the first place lol! Without that lock the tip of the tongue can get burned by that " electricity.
