I have had terrible allergies the last few weeks. Are these part of the k

process? anything that anyone has found to help would be greatly appreciated.

I also have alot of pressure in my third eye area and was wondering if this

opening process and congestion may be manifesting this way? anyway, any

thoughts would be helpful.

Jan

Is Mucinex D allowed on K? I had a sinus, headachey thing that kept getting

worse. This started the last day of shaktipat. I ended up waiting a week before

taking anything and finaly succumbed (sp?). I wonder what thinks!? :)

BTW, it's all gone now and I feel great!

thanks Maggie about the Mucinex D,

and appreciate your sharing about the deer. I am always moved by seeing any

animals out in nature and have always been drawn to the grace and beauty of

deer.

When you say allergies, what kind of symptoms? Sneezing? Itching? Wheezing?

Hives?

So many symptoms.

I like to drink fresh peppermint tea to take down red and itchy skin/eyes.

Lots of fresh water and a very healthy diet such as apples and peaches : helps

wheezing and sneezing

No coffee or tea or caffiene.

Thats my advice, love an also allerigic elektra x x x

Thanks Elektra,

I've been having mostly congestion high up in my nasal cavities and my neti pot

doesn't seem to relieve it but it will clear out at times which makes me think

its some K work taking place here as its changing all the time. I also

sometimes get itchy eyes and redness and occasionally my skin will break out

around my nose. Its been worse since the shaktipat than its ever been but its

better tonight. weird. I'll try the peppermint tea. I have a pretty clean

diet already.

love,

Jan

never heard of guifenesen. That could be good to have around or I will try my

best to surrender to the K issues (as I don't have allergies either). Thank you

for the tip! :)

Namaste,
