Guest guest
Ever since the first of the year when I had those 3 partial spinal sweeps one night, I have been having the large cat entity to visit me off and on, lying down next to me while I am asleep. It has been happening more often lately. Back when I first begin meditation around 2001 or 2, I thought it was a neg. entity after talking to people, but before that I thought I was just having some really weird dreams that seemed actually to be happening. Many times I knew without a doubt that I was not asleep and it would pull on my covers. For many years I slept with the covers tuck under me on both side so it could not pull them off without waking me up. Hehe! Anyways, the other night it visited and was lying down next to me and I vaguely became aware of it's presense. I don't even sleep with covers anymore. I had order it to be gone in Jesus so many times in all those years, until it became an automatic reflex for me. So when I vaguely became aware that reflex kicked in and it came out garbled because I was in sleep paralysis state. the cat entity gave a low little growl, but didn't move. Then I just thought " begone in Jesus name " and it growled againin the same way. I tried it again becoming a little bit more aware and still just a low little growl and it stayed put. Hehe! Then I laughed to myself and just gave up and fell back into deep sleep. Could this be Shakti's tiger coming and sleeping with me at night? It doesn't feel negative to me anymore. When it first began visiting me it would touch me on the tail bone and would cause electric energy to zig-zaging up my back. At the time I did not know about K and I thought it was taking my energy, because I would be very tired the next day after this would happen. Could my resisting all that time, be the cause of all the dog nightmares and daytime physical attacks by dogs I suffered through before coming here to this group? I think some of those happened even after I was here. One other thing. I was keeping a journal in a little pocket note book back when all those visits began and one day the note book was missing and I could not find it anywhere. The next morning after this last visit, it was lying there on the floor next to my bed. This is not the same room or bed I was sleeping in when the notebook came up missing. How weird is that! Could I have subconsciously knew where it was and I walked in my sleep and found it or what? Linda

Guest guest
Linda, As I understand it, tigers are strong Shakti symbols. Durga is always portrayed riding a tiger. Sometimes the tiger looks fierce and sometimes it looks cuddly. I would try welcoming the tiger with love. Love and blessings, David

Guest guest
Thanks, that is interesting that it is sometimes a lion. My impression from the beginning was that it was an astral lion what was visiting me. It feels/seems very physical when it visits. Guest guest
So Linda you are finally giving in to your association with that cat! I can't remember you telling of what colour it was only that it was of a shadowy form those many years ago. Has it changed and taken another colour? This is from a dream viewpoint: Cat If you see a black cat in your dream, then it indicates that you are experiencing some fear in using your psychic abilities and believing in your intuition. You may erroneously associate the black cat with evil, destruction, and bad luck. http://dreammoods.com/cgibin/dreamdictionarysearch.pl?method=exact & header=dreams\ ymbol & search=cat Lions To see a lion in your dream, symbolizes great strength, aggression and power. You will overcome your emotions and/or difficulties. As king of the jungle, the lion also represents dignity, royalty, leadership, pride and domination. You have much influence over others. You need to exercise some restraint in your own personal and social life. http://www.dreammoods.com/dreamdictionary/l2.htm This is a bit of Kabalistic, C. G. Jung, tarot approach to a cat. Leo is symbolized by a lion, a straightforward and clear metaphor, befitting the clarity of its sign. It is the fire in the heart of the sun, or a furnace. Leo, if unafflicted, is always dignified. When afflicted, Leo's ills are the most heartbreaking to watch, as Leo is always in the spotlight, good or bad. But even when dethroned, Leo maintains its dignity. Leo's sense of honor and loyalty is very strong, and Leo knows how to protect the dignity of others, and is naturally respectful, on top of being on top... Lessons for Leo include learning to delegate authority, not trying to do it all, learning to serve a higher purpose. Leo rules the heart, back, and spine. For Leo, the Shadow takes the form of Other's being unfashionable, vulgar, or " Part of the Mob, " while pretending to be more. You fear being accused of this yourself, and can overcompensate by putting on airs. Work with your shadow, and the people you project it onto, by getting off your throne, and being the " One of Us " kind of King. The more you deny your Shadow, the more it will manifest itself and attract what you will interpret as disruption or pain. Along this path Linda you may might think of that old saying that you don't find a cat and become it's master, that path finds you. So either you go with the cat or close the door on it. Oh PS: If you read the Vedic philosophy of what David has pointed out it has meannings much like what I have pointed to.
Guest guest
Hi Linda, I think the cat is a kundalini sign...Does this only come during the middle of the night? I had the tiger come and I wonder if you're cat symbol is the same. I suppose I had the tiger because I had hard time surrendering...well learned my lesson with that one! ha Perhaps you have a cat instead of the tiger because K Ma as Sparrow likes to call her doesn't have to give you such a hard time because you know how to surrender...so its sweet kittens for you...and ferocious tiger for me! ha Although I did surrender and it was quite cuddly and sweet ... (ok a bit terrifying...but surrender I did) Did you also mention the dogs??? I use to have big dogs in my dreams but then it went to wolves and then I got ripped apart by them...and many times the wolf will be there watching in the dream but now its comforting like its protecting me. So I wonder if your dogs are too just watching over you? Many Blessings! Deb
Guest guest
Don't remember ever stating that I saw it as a shadowy image, Ben. I have never seen a shadow image of anything except in a dream once I saw three stick figure people that were black, like cut out paper dolls human size... they were connected together as such. They all three jumped over the bridge railing into the river below. I have never seen this cat, with physical nor astral eyes. I have only heard and felt her presense. I just had the impression from the beginning that she was a lion and that she was female. By the way she is one of the reason I chose the handle Crazycat, beside being very crazy, loving cats. One would think I worship cats as my God if they could see my computer room. Hehe! Deb has her laughing budha and I have my laughing cat. One of my cats settting next to my computer monitor has a grin from ear to ear and has a round belly. He makes me smile and laugh every time I look at him. Another has her baby kitty in her arms rocking it to sleep. I have about a 100 cat figurines that have been given to me through the years and lots of cat pictures as well. It takes a lot of dusting to take care of them all. I only have one live cat right now. Guest guest
LOL! Deb my cat was a large roaring lion, not a cuddly little kitty. I think all the dog dreams and the real life physical dog attacks where given because of my resisting for so long. In one of my dog nighmares the dog bite my arm so bad blood was spurting all over the place. I was not wanting anything to do with kundalini at the time. I just wanted to meditate and have fun OBEs. I am learning to surrender to what K-ma wants. Guest guest
Hi Linda, Woops! Thats what I get for catching up on reading tons of posts and making replies without rereading! ha So I guess Shakti was shaking you up a bit too! I'm sorry to hear you were attacked in real life by dogs! How horrible! And I know what you mean when you say you did not want anything to do with kundalini at the time...can relate with that! haha I am hopeful we have learned our resisting lessons and can now joyfully surrender...hear that K Ma...we surrender...we surrender...all ready to play nice now! (: I guess those " big " lions and tigers really get our attention though, don't they? Give your smiling cat a belly rub for me! Deb (: ps...does anyone get cute little kittens and sweet little puppy dogs?? , " Linda " <crazycats711 wrote: >
