pain from bright light

Hi everyone,

We know that light can hurt our eyes, especially when there is an increase

in energy coming through.

For me, it seems to go in cycles. The last three days, the clouds have come

over and my eyes hurt - I have a third eye headache.

My question - has anyone found ways to reduce the pain or pressure from

light/cloud exposure?

I need to do some work by Monday and I can't seem to shake it. I'm resisting

medication. Sometimes, in the past, I have done an inversion (stand on

head, down dog, shoulder stand) and it has relieved the pressure - but this

time, it doesn't seem to be working. Ideas anyone?

Thanks and love

What chrism recommended for me was to place the thumb and first two finger

together and the other two finger curled into the palm. I forget right now what

that mudra is called, sorry. Anyways, you then place the points formed by the

thumb and first two finger of both hands at the temples and hold them there for

a while. For me it calms the energy or lessens it. It has helps me.

Thank you Linda.

I just smudged the house - and I'm feeling a bit better already. I'll try

the meditation. The oils, as recommended by Elektra need to wait til next

week and I have access. Thanks for your help.

:) Thank you Shrikant!I have not tried Kirilian photography before.

I believe my third eye opened about 16 years ago, after a series of

migraines, yes.

It doesn't play up all that often, but lately, since the full moon of 7/7 -

I've felt an increase of energy again and something's coming around.

Thank you

maybe a " dorag " probably mispelled what they are called here in the

states. . .a bandana that cover the crown and pulled down over the third

eye. . . .maybe you can create a new crown and third eye fashion?

love and light without its intensity

Yes! Thank you no ordinary sparrow.

A woman told me lately that she slept with her hand over her third eye and

it relieved the stress. Funny that I can not see my own needs but think I

can see clearly the needs of others. (ego or perspective?)

I had to go out of the house today, and I draped the shawl over my head, and

it really helped. I think I will try the bandana, as suggested. Interesting

too, about the turbans and head coverings. Could be more than modesty at

play.

Thank you very much to all of you. You've been a great resource.

That makes sense, I used to get really bad headaches and the only way I could

manage was to go into a totally dark room with no light at all and stay there

sometimes all day and night before I could get it to go away enough to function.

I sleep in a totally dark room everynight now. Can't stand for even the alarm

clock's light to be seen.

Yes - me too. Sometimes I have to have it totally black before I can sleep.

But, I thought those days were gone.

I think the last full moon, plus my affirmations of love and renunciation of

judgement have caused a physiological effect. I'm just suffering the

adjustments.

I've been wearing my new and very cool bandana - and its helping - just to

have some pressure around the crown.

Thanks everyone. I'll write a blog post and send it to you all, gathering

all the information together.
