Hi Everyone:

I love to sing, just not in public…so my hour commute into work becomes my solo

performance. I love singing into water bottles, especially music like Snatam

Kaur, where there is so much breath. The breath swirls down into the cavernous

bottle, bounces off the sides, skims, dips its " toes " in, or plunges right into

the water; it's resonance swirling and twirling on it's way back out. It's an

amazing feeling, and all those words of love and joy are captured in the water,

drinking it right in-literally. Please share if you have a similar experiece.

Peace & Love

I love to dance -

I love to go out the back, in the grass - and take off my shoes - and feel

the earth beneath my feet - and I put my mp3 player LOUD and I put on

Bollywood classics that I love and I dance as if I was the first dancer in

the world. I like to stomp my feet and feel the wet earth between my toes

and I like to push the hips out and feel structure and I like to use my

hands as though I was enticing the very moon.

:) Thank our moon friend

Dear Danielle, I loved reading that... will definitly give it a try.

I love vibrations.... some times in the car I am moved to hum.... one pitch,

either high or low...... I can feel the vibration in my throat and my ears sort

of block up to every thing except that sound....  Mmmm nice!

I feel like jumping into my car right now lol!

Love Julia.

life when I saw SRK!!) :P

I love dancing as well. My sister sent me a bunch of music yesterday and one

of the CDs was the soundtrack of Slumdog Millionaire. I loved the music and the

dance scene at the end of the movie in the train station. anyway, I was

practicing my dance steps to bollywood! after all the years of yoga, the

dancing is opening something in me that is more free. I've had fond memories

lately of dancing with my dad in the living room as a young teenager.

Love and blessings to you, Jan

There's so much joy in the bollywood music. Its easy to 'feel' it, even

though I don't speak Hindi. Maybe we should make a kundalini/bollywood group

- !! Could you just imagine!I'm not a dancer!! But yes - like you - I love

to dance.
