Guest guest
I am on day 4 of caffeine withdrawal. Amazingly, I haven't had the headache, but I have had intermittent diarrhea just at night and a little flatness. My sinuses are draining a lot now (they had been congested). have a little fluttering going on everywhere it seems. And I'm a little down and weepy, not about anything. Plan to go dancing though, keep things moving and have some fun. Love and blessings, Jan
Guest guest
Hi Jan, Congrats on the no caffeine...I remember when I gave up coffee some years ago - the first winter was the worst to get through!! I remember wishing I was a bear so I could hibernate the winter and my coffee addiction away! Now to get warm I drink naturally decaf white or green tea with lemon or sometimes just hot water and lemon - yes i am a bit strange! (: It always felt so hard to get moving without it(maybe thats why I'm a night person - takes me that long to wake up) ... so congrats and I just love to picture you out there dancing the night away! (: Much love! Deb (: , " Jan " <drjandean wrote: > > I am on day 4 of caffeine withdrawal. Amazingly, I haven't had the
Guest guest
Good for you! I have had a hard time quitting my coffee, and I know that I need to. I can't function when I have caffeine and my kundalini is activated, it's too much....so I'm trying to quit. May I ask why you are giving up caffeine? , " Jan " <drjandean wrote: > > I am on day 4 of caffeine withdrawal. Guest guest
It is day 5 of my coffee withdrawal. Doing amazingly well although tired. I quit caffeine because it was an internal message to me. I have had allergies that I think are in part the kundalini working on opening my third eye area but I think the caffeine is an irritant, and it certainly doesn't help the kidneys or adrenal glands. Besides, much of our coffee is full of chemicals. But as any good addict, I ignored this message for a bit and the symptoms got louder. but i'm more invested in heeding k's call to me. blessings to you, Jan , " lo1o113 " <lo1o113 wrote: > > Good for you!
