Guest guest
Ahhhhhhh....the golden hour. Prana thick and sweet. As much as you can try and respond to the three a.m. Kundalini wake up call. Go for a walk or do the Tibetans w/meditation and then return to bed if you feel the need. Try and respond to this in some way that suits you. - blessings and a good day to all! - chrism
Guest guest
This is where I really suck; I hit that celestial snooze alarm and wait for 4:40. I suppose sometimes that hour is so important enough that even the dogs find it necessary to get me up at that hour. Guess it wouldn't hurt to go out and greet the dawn once a week or so like I use to do. I have really gotten lazy in the last decade or so, guess it's time to change my ways again. " Taking a deep yawn " , guess I'll go wait for that 3:AM wake up call and see what happens this time. ;-)
Guest guest
lol. I have no choice about awakening at 3am. something always happens every night for me at 3am, be it huge thuds or massive cracking noises. my house always goes into super " activity " at 3am. I usually use it to sit for half an hour to an hour in contemplation, in the darkness everything feels one ,without separation. i love to watch the fields below , at night they take on a certain glow. The clouds merge there is electric blue against blood red , and the hills to the side are bathed in purple. I have a few night time wild life friends that visit , a fox , a bat but my favourite has to be the gleaming white owl and it's silent flight . purple , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Ahhhhhhh....the golden hour. Guest guest
Hi Chrism. Can you explain or point me to somewhere I can read about this 3am Kundalini hour. Is this the same for everyone and why 3am? Much love Mike On Sat, Jul 18, 2009 at 4:28 AM, chrism <> wrote: > > > Ahhhhhhh....the golden hour. Guest guest
Mike,3 am has significant meaning for Christians. It is the hour that Christ is believed to have died, and the # of the day he arose after his death. Of course, the trinity is the basis for this belief. As significantly, this hour is used by those who practice from the dark. Many Christian symbols are used in by people who very much anti-Christ, example being an upside-down cross. This is not meant as an interpretation for you, just information. The 3 am wake-up call has different meanings, can be a warning, a representation that something has happened, or is about to happen. But it is a widely-shared phenomenonthat becomes significant to some when they are made aware.....The yogic scriptures called the Kundalini Upanishads call for 2 and 1/2 hoursif sadhana before the rising of the sun. There is much prana in these hours, and the body rhythms are more set to support physical cleansing. When I began my quest for God, I awoke almost every morning at 3. I choose to believe that was God wakening me. I don't wake up so much any longer at that time. Maybe because I no longer have the digital clock by my bed, and my eyes are not good enough to see the one across the room on the cable box. Maybe I am; and don't know it.........Just a little of a lot of information about the 3 am wake-up call...........Julie--- On Thu, 7/23/09, JiNN <jinnproduction wrote:JiNN <jinnproductionRe: Golden Hour - 3 a.m. Date: Thursday, July 23, 2009, 12:26 AM Hi Chrism. Guest guest
Oh that 3a.m. call is fun! That's been happening to me for probably a couple of years now. And today was no exception. We had a big thunderstorm and then the electricity went out. I had to run downstairs to get my cell phone so I would still have an alarm to wake me up at my normal time (didn't know what time it was and my normal time is 3:45a.m.) so when I saw the time said 3:07 I debated for a half a second staying away but said " naaa " . 40 minutes is 40 minutes. But whne I wake up is exactly when I do my meditation energy process and then off to my cardio workout. My husband thinks I'm a bit insane. But I think that's because he's usually coming in to bed RIGHT before I wake up for the day! Do you know what scriptures talk about the 3am call? If not, no biggie! Guest guest
Hi Maggie, The computer deleted my message; so I will try again. Luke 23:46 speaks of the hour of Jesus's death. Also an interesting "3" in the bible, of which there are numerous, is John 13:38, where he tells Judas before the cock crows, you will disown me 3 times... as always, i do not wish to start the "Christian" controvery.....but 3 am has been very meaningful in my life.......... my bliss, Julie--- On Mon, 7/27/09, Maggie Anderson <a216024 wrote: Maggie Anderson <a216024 Re: Golden Hour - 3 a.m. Date: Monday, July 27, 2009, 8:21 AM Oh that 3a.m. call is fun! Guest guest
Thanks Julie The trinity is everywhere. Do you happen to know what yogic scriptures as well?? Blessings, Maggie > my bliss, > > > Julie
Guest guest
Well, interestingly, the #3 sacred text includes:The last chapter, 18, is the Bhagavad-Gita (Song of the Lord), "the Gita", the most popular religious text of Hinduism, called the gospel of the lord Krishna, the most favored god in the eyes of the common people.
