Guest guest
hello, sorry about being weird after I just joined your group, but I have been trying to do the tibetans every day at least once. but I have been experiencing two major problems since I have been doing them. first it feels like I have a knife in my back between my scapula and my ribcage on my right side, it doesn't feel like anything muscular but I can't sit with my back straight unless its propped up against something. it also really hurts when I do the second, third, and fourth tibetan. also my spine clicks horribly when I do the second. the other issue is that since I have been doing the safeties and trying to incorporate them into my life, it feels like there are spiders in my hair. or occasionally skeleton fingers that pinch off pathways in my brain that keep me from getting to whatever thought process I'm trying to get to. it wouldn't be a problem if it didn't happen anytime I try to do anything. it just prohibits me from getting done what needs to be done in my life right now. I can sometimes push past the blockage, but even trying to relax it makes me sleepy. not sure what to do. sorry to bother everyone. carl
Guest guest
No worries Carl, Please practice the locks Carl. No worries about the spiders this is merely an additional infusion of Kundalini being initiated from the practice of the safeties. Please do as many or as few of the emotional safeties as you can focus upon. This can alleviate some of the blockages you are experiencing. Stay well hydrated and even though you have had this for a while realize there is always further to go. Also please have a look at what it is you have used as a way of modulating the Kundalini in the recent and distant past. You may have invited some control mechanisms that may be reticent to leave. - blessings Carl. - chrism
Guest guest
Hi Carl, Please forgive me if I already wrote this to you... one night spiders as big as dogs were crawling on me (after my first few moments of shock - I saw the clock and realized it was Shakti time which for me was always about 3:00am. Because of that I for sure knew it was another surrender test for me - at first it felt like pinches as I was resisting - then I surrendered ... just kept repeating I surrender I surrender and bam bliss broke out all over my body so beautiful indeed! So its probably a good idea to learn about the Shakti symbols - makes one feel a lot better when seeing the tiger or spiders or snakes ect that its a gift from the divine and not something to hide under the covers over...(that part would be about me) (: Good to have you here! Guest guest
hey Deb, thanks for taking the time to write. good advice, I had the chewing spiders chilling with me last year. I think they take garbage out of your life. they're actually pretty nice once you get past their grotesque appearance. the sensation I've been having is more of a sensation then an actual entity it just feels like spiders legs or skeleton hands, but inside my skull sort of. I'll look into shakti symbols is there a good resource to find them? thanks again for your time. carl
Guest guest
Hi Carl, I have had similar " clicks " and such with my back. I've found that for me it results from muscular tension, especially on my left side (possibly from an old injury) behind my lung. There are a LOT of muscles in the back, and when they get tight they can pull vertebrae out of alignment. Perhaps you have a couple of lower vertebrae all squirly and bunched up. I would suggest doing back stretches, and possibly having a chiropractor check out your alignment. If you can do the tibetans without severe pain maybe your muscles will soon get stronger and will sort themselves out Best of luck with those spiders and skeletons! -Gabriel , " cargoyle " <cargoyle wrote: > > hello, > sorry about being weird after I just joined your group, but I have been trying to do the tibetans every day at least once. but I have been experiencing two major problems since I have been doing them. first it feels like I have a knife in my back between my scapula and my ribcage on my right side, it doesn't feel like anything muscular but I can't sit with my back straight unless its propped up against something. it also really hurts when I do the second, third, and fourth tibetan. also my spine clicks horribly when I do the second. > > carl >
Guest guest
I wonder what u do for a living? Does it involve sitting at a desk or computer? I would get someone to check out your back and make sure its all in place as in todays society so many problems with the back can occur. Be well and hope you find yourself more flexible soon, elektra x x x
Guest guest
thank you everyone for your replies, good call on my occupation elektra. when I am allowed to work I like to animate using a computer and usually find contracts building websites or editing video. recently however my energies and I are having a disagreement over the new order of things. when I try the safeties and the locks everything gets all ornery, my computer will stop working for hours on end and I can't really think about anything. the other day my neck hurt so bad that I think I pulled a muscle trying to stretch it out. eventually everything quieted down. but time has decided to not cooperate with me for a while. it is difficult to balance everything and many of the decisions I have made seem to counter act each other. I think I may need to move to a new city soon, not sure. with luck and the help of you all I hope to move past this so I can really start along this path. this may be sort of off topic, but is it bad to drink too much coffee or tea. besides water it has always been my main choice for beverage, and at times has been the only thing that doesn't taste horrible. but I have come to suspect that perhaps it is no longer the best choice in beverage. not sure what I'll do if it is. either way. thank you all again for your assistance. hopefully I can help you all in the future. carl
Guest guest
Coffee and computers definitely lead to back ache, to much toxins build up in the back, my husband suffers from this "business syndrom".I would switch to green tea, still wakes you up but more healthy and alkaline.Coffee depletes the kidneys. Try eating watermelon to give your kidneys a boost.I know its a bummer but try your best, just take it slowly and don't be too hard on yourself.love elektra x x x
