There are many but here is a good one for anyone having or wishing to develop

for Kundalini energetic expression.

 

Sitting comfortably in easy pose or on a straight back chair with the spine

straight and the chin slightly down towards the chest so that the spinal chord

is slightly stretched.

 

Hands on the knees palm up and finger in the Gyan mudra or fore finger tip and

thumb tip together with other fingers spread apart.

 

Eyes up and slightly in as if staring with the eyes closed at the center of the

bridge of the nose.

 

Tongue tip making contact with the upper part of the mouth behind upper front

teeth.

 

Be comfortable and relax.

 

Now breathe through the nose if it is clear or through the mouth pursed in a

whistle position if the nose isnt clear and just allow that breath to come in

and out at a rate that feels good to you. As you become settled in this elongate

your breaths so that they become more extended and you may feel a sensation of

calmness begin to come into your being.

 

Just breathe in and out and follow the breath. This isnt hard and it is a first

step towards other additions that can come after one is able to accomplish this

for at least an hour.

 

For beginners no less than twenty minutes every day.
