If you google this you will note that I am offering a very different

form of this meditation than what you may get off of Google.

First I will ask that you aquire a YANTRA such as this one here:

/photos/album\

/797900802/pic/186528787/view?picmode= & mode=tn & order=ordinal & start=1 & cou\

nt=20 & dir=asc

Print this picture.

Then in a medium lit room find a place to sit comfortably and stare at

the picture with soft eyes. It will expand and contract in your visual

gaze and do not try to control this.

This means that you allow your self to stare into the picture with a

relaxed gaze. As if you are gently looking into the distance of what

the picture holds. Stare at the little dot at the center of the pic

without trying to get into a sharp effort based focus. Be relaxed and as

if staring at a candle flickering.

Breathe through your nose if it is clear or through pursed lips if it

isnt clear.

When you feel you are able............ begin to breathe the Yantra in

and out.

This is similar to chakra breathing except we are using the Yantra as

the chakra.

As you do this you can add the Shakti prayer or a prayer that more

aligns with your spiritual belief system.

Do this for about fifteen minutes to start and then add to that as you

comfort and discipline progress. - blessingds all!
