Regarding your questions I will try to answer them :-) The theory of exercise before meditation is to prepare the physical body and to cleanse the etheric body for an influx of spiritual energy. Exercising afterward meditation helps to distribute this extra influx of energy all around the body, rather than it building up in one place. However, in my opion it comes back to the old adage, " as a man thinketh so is he " so what you think and believe will be so. Regarding your heart fluttering I do not know. Maybe can answer this. Is this something you have always experienced? I do know from my own experiences in life that the body has a natural knack of healing itself, and the other adage, " time is a great healer " . Meditation rather than medication, in itself is the best medicine in my own opinion. More Vitamin 'G' and lots of faith in it too. Vitamin 'G' What's that you may say - Vitamin 'G' ? 'G' for Goddess. Guest guest
Thanks Jeremy, for your reply and for answering my questions. There are several of us here who are having the heart flutterings. I will just take it as my heart is happy I eat a lot of watermelon. I know exercies is good and it does get done evenutally, but maybe not in the right order for me. I have never been much of a routine person and my little dog gets so very frustrated with me about that...but the cat doesn't care just as long as I keep his food bowl full and plenty of fresh water that he like to play in and spill all over the floor. My dog has tried to turn me into a person who follows a schedule for a long time now, but so far K-ma has been kind to me in that regards. My dog and cat have been ganging up on me lately, though. They will not let me sleep too late in the mornings. I wonder who put them up to that! Maybe vitamin G perhaps?
