Guest guest
You re most welcome Tiffany S. Yes please do practice the protocols and become very comfortable with them. Especially for you the meditation. I know life can have its distractions. - lol! and this may be a challenge but do your best for consistency with this aspect of the safeties as long " time wise in meditation " as you can. Also do not let the pressures deter you from practicing. This is only when certain defined levels of PAIN are occurring as there will be some levels of discomfort no matter what. We resist change. Our ego will resist any change away from the status quo. Please do not practice the Tibetans quite yet. Please fill that slot with the emotional and meditative practices.- blessings and balance to you Tiffany! - chrism
Guest guest
Yeah, the head pressure has been lessening in pain in the past few days. Let me just say, for the past two weeks it felt like my temples were literally in a vice. Ouch. (No sinus issues, dehydration, etc) I have been taking it easy ever since the ego dream you helped me interpret. When I saw your video on head pressure, I decided I would just be calm and quit analyzing it; That I would just relax and get off the Kundalini train for awhile. Suddenly it began disappearing. As far as emotional and meditative practices, I will continue doing them according to the safeties. Thanks! -Tiffany S , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Also do not let the pressures deter you from practicing.
