Guest guest
thank you for your words Sparrow as always . You know, that quote you gave me from Lao-Tsu is dead on! Each time I search for an answer to a practice question (and of course this is when I can't remember it off the top of my head and I'm already starting to feel stressed) the only answer given is this peace and silence, and of course my mind says this is isn't the answer it needs and I start stressing more. But maybe this is the exact answer I need, I'm not going to learn nor retain much if I'm stressed out. Ah thanks Sparrow! I also realized that I'm demanding that the world make me happy... " I won't be happy unless I pass this course " ...which it cannot do. In my heart I was putting my goal infront of my spiritual growth and Shakti. I think I'm going to study every other day and trust that what will unfold is my path to my Divine heritage. what is NLP? craig , " ordinarysparrow " <ordinarysparrow wrote: > > Namaste > > dear Craig > > my heart and thoughts go out to you and place a big hug around you----- > > i can empathize with everything that you write-------and how many times > in life when i first ventured into a new world would hit all kinds of i > am not enough or i am too much -------- > > the questions you are asking are within you; " At the center of your > being you have the answer; You know who you are and you know what you > want. Guest guest
I think this is a great idea Craig, over loading yourself is never healthy, balance is a much better way to go about your goal. My husband often burns himself out through unbalanced schedules, he works works works like a horse and then wonders why his back is constanly hurting and his skin is breaking out in rashes!!! When we feel stressed or out of sorts its the body telling you: " Hey, somethings out of balance here! " Be kind to yourself love. Blessings elektra x x x .. I think I'm going to study every other day and trust that what will unfold is my path to my Divine heritage.
