Guest guest
Hello Mike, This is a Kundalini phenomena and it is fairly common among those inside of the awakening. A long time ago I was told of some practices by those within the Kundalini Yoga community and this is where I first heard of the Golden Hour term. Serious practitioners (then) of the KY were " required " to arise at the golden hour to do some of their practice. Kundalini is the goal of KY whether it is stated or not. Many of the positions and techniques are taken from the kriya phase of a Kundalini active person. This arising time may be another aspect of that practice. It is also well represented among some of the Chi Gung or Qi Gong communities. Here on the west coast in Asian communities those who practice Chi Gung for health and longevity will be up between three and six a.m. going though their movements and breathing techniques. It is known among many ancient cultures that Prana or Moana Loa or Chi or the life force energy is strongest at that time. For Kundalini active or awakening(ed) people this can become a common feature of the expressive phenomena. Not always exactly at three but near or within an hour or two will the individual be awakened. During this time the Kriyas can come as well as any of the Siddhis and dreams of Kundalini communication or entity contact can be experienced. As well as other times but this time has its special place as being the first trinity of time passage within the new day. Even going into nature and its expression at this time of the morning can understandings be reached as to the natural quality of this time period for certain experience. Hope this helps! - chrism , JiNN <jinnproduction wrote: > > Hi Chrism. > > Can you explain or point me to somewhere I can read about this 3am > Kundalini hour. >

May I suggest you do some surfing on the net to discover the reasons for Brahmamuhurta. (I imagine this is the same as the Golden hour, but I do not know?) It is mainly saints and sages, monks and nuns, and the 'wise' that arise at this time to meditate. satchitananda~j > > >

Guest guest
3 am is also the time of the day where the veil between worlds is the thinest.. It allows time travelers ( guides, angels, sages, gurus etc)our helpers to get to us easier without so much resistance of energy. it is also the time our minds are the most relaxed as well and receptive to receiving their energies in whatever form they are choosing to connect, whether knowledge, healing, or just a simple hug. Guest guest
Hi Chrism..hi mike, I have an interesting experience with 3 am awakenings..in the last few weeks i have been awakened at times in between 3 to 5 am and i always go back to sleep fearing that if i meditate i might end up sleepy the whole day. However even if i go back to sleep i end up being sleepy the whole afternoon, i have trouble working, even just keeping my eyes open is really hard. when i read that poem someone posted about not going back to sleep when wakened at 3 am.. i tried meditating until 5 and then showered and went to work. I noticed i never felt sleepy the whole day..my energy was constant until going home time. So now i am happily meditating every time i wake up in the hours between 3 to 5 am.. Guest guest
Wayne Dyer talks about the 3a.m./4a.m. wakeup call and mentions this quote (below). He says our inspiration and connection are at their highest at that time. " The morning breeze has secrets to tell you, do not go back to sleep.
