Guest guest
Hello Craig, I have taken the EMT training and I do know of what you write. I passed it and found it to be most entertaining and I do recommend it for everyone here on this list. Its the difference between " wanting to help " and KNOWING " how to help " another person in severe distress. Life guarding is fun as well! So good going on taking the class Craig! I will suggest that you take the pressure off of yourself to a degree and incorporate a way of applying whats in the book to your everyday life. So for instance: You pass an auto accident. What are you to do? Secure the area right? The ABC's right? Play out the different scenarios in your mind as you go through your daily life and check the book when you need to in order make sure your on track. In other words take it out of the classroom memorization dynamic and right into the REAL WORLD dynamic which is where it is needed LOL! Sure some memorizing needs to be done. Thats merely time and focus no big deal and your K if you allow it can really augment your ability for retenetion. You merely need to shift out of your " Old Ways " of approaching the learning. Sparrow and Tony have given you excellent tools to work with. Use them and allow your grace to shine even within the classroom paradigm. Take your grace into the real world figuratively at first and then when it happens literally. Resuscitation Annie is a very friendly girl and she will help you know your compressive status! - lol! Be happy with your choices and dive into your possibilities. Remember your IJ - Internal Joy - and bring it into the present. Self doubt is an invitation for improvement with what our expectations are and how we can find our balance within them and the " lack of expectation " needed for Kundalini so this is an ongoing balance for a time. Be happy and gentle with your self judgments and do not worry about success or failure - There is room for both! - lol! No worries my friend you will do well and then some! -
Guest guest
thanks Chrism, I really appreciate it. That's a great idea, incorporating it into my everyday life. heck, that's the main reason why I'm taking this course, to know how to help, with a little bit of that Shakti jolt. I'll begin to let this integrate into my daily life so that it becomes 2nd nature. The internal joy is the one that's easy for me to forget, will work on strengthening this. thanks Chrism craig , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Hello Craig, > I have taken the EMT training and I do know of what you write.
