And also get yourself as best you can into high respirations as in some exercising or what you can do to cause some higher respiration rates. When you feel the Shakti and the Christ in these ways you can rest assured that you are being cared for and attentions are being given. Do not interfere as you discovered. - lol. I like your new oil inhalation technique so now you can do this where ever and when ever you feel the need. Also the steam baths if you can may help to dislodge more of the congestion in the lungs but this is only as you can do it. Not everyone has access to these places I know I dont. - lol! Guest guest Posted July 25, 2009 Report Share Posted July 25, 2009 Yes, I have been working on my diet and eating more fruits and veges and less and less meat and bread products. Never have cared much for milk, but do like cheese, which is bad for creating phlegm, so need to cut way down on that. My digestion has improved a good 75% precent this year. I think I got sick from eating not so good food on those two trips I took in May. I am doing a whole lot better now. I don't have any place to do the steam baths, but just going out side here is almost like being in one. Even though there is still not much rain it is still very humid hot out. Clouds come up but no rain. Just doing the 5T's gets me in a higher respiration rate, but I take it you mean more than that. Hehe! It doesn't take much with me. Run out side and do a couple of cartwheels in the moon light and run through the sprinkler a few times and I am huffing. I may check out if I can afford an exercise place, I use to love working out and using their sauna. I think I may have use their sauna a little too often though. :-/ Plus all that sweating doing the aerobics, I lost too much minerals and got sickly. I am wanting to get out there and do something to meet people, though. I just don't know what. I wish there was a place for yoga here. We just recently got a heatlh food store so maybe a yoga place will be next. Yes, being a courious cat can get you in trouble sometimes. Hehe! Thanks chrism for all your help.
