Guest guest
This would be my third email in a day after a long break lol. Bear with me =) I know you mentioned taking a break from the 5 Tibetans and I am curious, since I am at a plateau... If I should carry on with them again. The head pressure has ceased and I am at a resting phase. Would you advise I begin eating root vegetables again and proceeding with the 5 Tibetans? Or should I consider the resting period that I am going through and... oh wow.. Literally as I am writing this two very large black wasps are crawling in and around my ears... um..... Uncomfortable. I am afraid they will get stuck in them. Ack! They just appeared out of nowhere. I am afraid to move lol. So much for the cessation of phenomena. Funny this happened in the middle of this email. I swear I am not hallucinating. This is freaky! So much for a break! -Tiffany S
Guest guest
Your e-mails are blessings Tiffany! Wasps are the ultimate in the insect kingdom of predators. Not many other insects feed on wasps. So consider this Tiffany that they are befriending you. - LOL! They are also attracted to your emanations so no worries unless they sting you and of course you will deal with that as you are driven to. Not yet for the five Tibetans. Not yet for pranayama or the breath work. Plateaus are there for reasons of resting and processing. Body needs to be given periods of rest. Please continue with the meditations and the locks and the watermelon and the emotional safeties. - , " angelikdementia " <angelikdementia wrote: > > This would be my third email in a day after a long break lol. Guest guest
Yeah I find it kinda strange that this isn't the first time this has happened either. As I have written in my old posts, I have had quite a few dealings with these little guys. The past few times, they have flown around my ears. First time dropping a newly killed spider right on my laptop. Next time was directly after I started getting those frequency tones for the first time; The little guy flew right next to my ear and buzzed loudly into it. Third time was after a meditation and I went outside and it flew next to my ear. This time I was in the middle of my email to you, doubting I would have any phenomena soon, and BAM! Two right into my ears. One flew so viciously next to me I thought it was a fly and swatted. It flew right in my face, showed me it was a wasp, and flew directly to my ear. Suddenly a second went into the other. I was so creeped out I wouldnt move for about 10 minutes and they were gone. I am starting to get tremors again and the head pressure and temple popping is back. So yeah, for the time being, I will definitely not do anything as far as practice. Thanks for your advice as always Chrism... -Tiffany S - Monday, July 27, 2009 4:49 PM Re: Chrism... should I start doing the tibetans again?
