Also referred to as an orbit. This is for " intentional balance. " There are areas

of the Kundalini process where a person will feel the need to actively " do "

something and this practice is beneficial. Do it as you feel the need or have

interest.

Macro Circulation

Send a ball of energy from your pelvis or sphincter (by flexing) up your spine

over the top of your head and down the front of your body to connect with the

base of your spine over and over. This is called the macro " Circulation of

Light " .

Micro Circulation

The difference between the Macro and the Micro is the location of the ball of

light and the dynamic path of the ball of light.

For the Micro Circulation one senses the inside of the spine and with the use of

the kegels or the lower ring muscles bring the light up the spines interior,

intend for the chitrini channel even though you don't consciously know where it

is. Allow it to be located by trusting the inner process. Send the light up the

spine, spinning it clockwise, and reflect it or bounce it off the interior of

the forehead towards the back of the interior head and then down back the spine.

A triangle path, and do it all over again about 15 times.

These are advanced techniques but safe at this point. Once again clear the

emotional body daily. It is not a one-time shot but over and over as this will

characterize your Kundalini. -
