Hey, I had the option of taking my first exam between wednesday and saturday and

decided to take it today (feeling I was on a role from acing my cpr test). I

made an A on the exam! I want to thank all who helped me, it's helped beyond

words!

and man, I just want to say how relieved I am that I'm not going to have to

remember where the glenohumeral joint or the acromioclavicular joint, or the

lateral femoral condyle, or the acetabulum, etc. (yall get the point, haha) is

in emergency situations, out in the field. What a relief! there was a lot of

information in this introductory module (group of chapters) that I'm not even

going to need to know out in the field, but by God I memorized them all,

somehow, by the grace of Shakti and Tony's technique. Now I feel like my

training is beginning, I've moved past the fear by moving through it instead of

what I used to do by trying to suppress it and 'move on with life', and as a

result, everything seems brighter and lighter and the objects in this world seem

crisper/clearer. I stood my ground by putting my compassionate attention

directly on my pain and discomfort and I'm still alive!

Well anyways that's my good news, I might still have these fears pop up but I

realize now all they are are just my emotional scars that need to be healed and

allowed to integrate with my attention and intention.

blessings all!
