Guest guest
Good evening all... I just wanted to let the group know that I finally got what I wanted... a Shaktipat directly from Chrism, and in a matter of hours I became unsure and requested that he strip it out, as well as the scatterfield. It's one of those cases of being careful for what you ask for, you may get it. :-) It wasn't that I felt anything really fearful, but I was forced to come to the reality that change was indeed here, and how I really felt about it... Perhaps I'm too attached to the status quo, or to my comfort level, but for whatever reason, I decided that I needed more time to think about it. As I told Chrism, this is not goodbye, I just need time to take a step back and to really consider the reality of the K. Even though I had read many tales here, and thought I was ready, it is all theoretical until it errr isn't. Many thanks to and many blessings to the group. I once prayed to find something " real " in my life (in regards to spirituality). I certainly found it with chrism and the multitude of lovely people here... Thanks again... Guest guest
Hi Paul, Dont worry, just take it one step at a time, you only have infinity. The same thing happens to me sometimes. I get thoughts like " Oh my God, am I going to fit with society after I awaken K? " , " Am I going to be some kind of freak? " . And then all of a sudden you get that " Why am I doing this (this=spiritual practices)? What if it goes wrong? " . Its just your ego fighting to be your main point of attention. Good luck and best wishes to you my friend.MikeOn Fri, Aug 7, 2009 at 5:29 PM, paulrffff <paulrf2 wrote: Good evening all... Guest guest
Hi Paul, while you're thinking about it, you might as well speak to St. Teresa de Avila and she may just give you what you need for " prime time " . ccel.org, if you haven't already. blessings, ty ________________________________ ..... Guest guest
I admire you really Paul, I think your behaviour shows that you understand the true power of the K and that it isn't a toy, something to play with for fun, its a life commitment. Good for you for being so thoughtful about your actions.Blessings brotherlove elektra x x x
Guest guest
Thanks Elektra... it's a mixture of fear and the commitment I guess... I'm getting ready for a trip to Brazil and trying to get grounded.... I appreciate the thoughtfulness of chrism - we've talked several times... the unknown will " get ya " ... , Elektra Fire <elektra.fire wrote: > > I admire you really Paul, I think your behaviour shows that you understand the true power of the K and that it isn't a toy, something to play with for fun, its a life commitment.
