The Kogi in the Sierra Nevada in Columbia believe they are the keepers of the

world and its their job to keep it in balance. Their elders are said to be

taken as babies and kept in dim lighted caves and trained until they are 9 yrs

old and then are brought out into the light. They do not wear shoes as they

feel that it is important to keep in contact with the earth. I had not heard

of them before seeing a documentary about them on Link TV. Thought others

might like to learn of them. They seem to be K activated? I don't necessarily

believe everything I hear about, but it certainly is something to think about.

Has anyone else heard of these people?

Pat,

It is not that easy to gain entrance or audience with the Kogi. I was there

with them two years ago this September. The impact on my life was and is

substantial.

K energy was abundant and active throughout the trip in their presence. However,

I am not sure if they would label themselves as such. Nor IMO is the labeling

very important. Most amazing and opening and meaningful trip I have ever taken.

I miss the magical space to this day. And that drives me to reach out

spiritually in a very good way.

Sam, what an amazing adventure that must have been!!! It does my heart good to

know they are there. I hope our country has stopped spraying poison on them.

Thank you Tiffany. How sad that the US does such vile things.
