Guest guest
Hello and welcome Amanda!, Welcome to this community and know that your experiences and phenomena that are associated with Kundalini, and almost all of it will be! - lol, are understood and given deep and respectful consideration from the members and also from the Kundalini that collects from the presence of awakened and awakening members. The safeties may be a set of protocols that can help you at this time. http://www.kundaliniawakeningsystems1.com/the-safeties.html Practice them daily if you wish. You are being presented with opportunities for a " NEW " way of thinking about yourself. No longer are you tied to the decisions of the past. You are being opened to a bright new choice of living. From that opening can a whole different paradigm of experience be received by you. Your choices are in some ways the offering of a reversal of some of your reoccurring challenges. The " NEW " man is waiting for you to call him. He is not of the old pattern but is waiting for your call by virtue of your surrendering to the substantive changes within your self that will support his presence in your life. Same with the issues around the Kundalini and its associated phenomena. You are on your way and in a good way if you can release any fixation on the past and upon how things " USED " to be done or responded to. Your options are wide open. A new sunrise and dawn awaits your permission to rise. - blessings and welcome again Amanda! - chrism , " amandatflood " <amanda_chalfen wrote: > > Hi everyone, I wanted to introduce myself to the group. Guest guest
Thank you Chris, I have occasionally understood that here and now all is alraady forgiven and new in every moment and that I can be new too.. it's up to me what I'm prepared to let go of, bit by bit. I've felt some old patterns desert me with a grumble and was happy to see them go ) and I really really want to heal my deep (and I'm sure ultimately meaningless) rift between the male and female. It feels like the main task, though there are many others ) I'm determined to release and heal myself as well as I can. I'm sad to be so out of touch and numb to myself right now and I know this is my work. I love the feeling of choice that is just beginning to develop. I say every morning 'I release the need to restrict and limit my inner child' and waking to the terrible bunch of restrictions I have and will also be broadcasting is difficult but valuable and really eye-opening! I found your safeties back in February when everything was going crazy inside and just reading them was uplifting. Since then a 'wakey wakey' scratching of my thumb and forefinger has settled into a natural solid linking of them at appropriate moments. I'm following the others too but am doing tai chi rather than the Tibetans. Though watermelon in the UK is not so simple for more than a couple of months a year! Thank you. I'm happy to be here and feel I've found good company on this list. Amanda , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Hello and welcome Amanda!, >
Guest guest
Dear Amanda, Your story really touched me. You've been through so much. Just want you to know that we are so happy you are with us. Things really really do get better, many of us have had a walk on the wild side...(: We are truly the fortunate ones because as you go through your journey you help all of us with ours. I like that, " no restrictions " - so happy you are embracing the child within - its so much more fun that way. So wishing you mornings of waking up wide eyed and bushy tailed...(well perhaps not really a bushy tail - that may be hard to tuck into your jeans...how about wide eyed with a bounce in your step (you know so as not to trip over the bushy tail) Much love to you Amanda! So happy you are here! Deb (: , " amandatflood " <amanda_chalfen wrote:
Guest guest
Thanks Deb, that really put a smile on my face and a good intention in my body! - and yesterday I was in my parents garden and a squirrel came to drink from the pond, and I looked very fondly at its bushy tail!
