I find many Reiki styles and attunements and the zillions of bought and paid for " Reiki masters " have stepped upon and smothered the idea and true message of Reiki with commercial interests and ego aggrandizement to such a degree as to render it ineffective. Not ALL Reiki but most of them in my humble ignorant opinion come under this umbrella.
