Hello Ben and welcome!

The impending death of the ego will often feel like the

impending death of the physical person. Like Tiffany's experience of non duality

these expanded consciousness states can accompany Kundalini awakening and can

carry one far beyond the comfortable known environment of the conscious mind and

ego. They will strive to stay attached to the status quo.

 

The personality will often experience fear.

 

This is common and natural and why it is prudent to go slow and steady into

these expressions. Slow and steady as per the agenda of your specific Kundalini

expression. So you have been given some time to inform your ego and personality

consciousness about what it can do to become more at peace and less in fear of

these events.

 

Knowledge is power.

 

Power over our fear and power to surrender into the loving arms of the divine

within. Welcome again to your community Ben and may your Kundalini experiences

reflect the love and care and diligence you show for those you love. -

I am 38 years old and this is the first time anyone has spoken to me on this

subject with understanding. I was afraid that I would walk all of my days in

spiritual isolation. The welcome I received brought me tears of happiness.

 

I'm not alone. I will welcome the awakening when it comes. I will trust my

mother/father to know when I'm ready.
