This morning I received an annoying e-mail from a reactionary person that had an

entirely different prospective on health care reform than me. His take on the

matter grabbed me and seemed to provoke and immediate response.. I read Chrism

and Craig's response under this heading. was talking about what another's

belief system proves about you. Craig spoke about emptying my cup so that spirit

can fill it. He said that to much attachment can cause violence in the world.

I have trouble separating myself from reactionary people and their responses.

Before I entered the group last year, my responses to people like this would

stay with me for months. I know that forgiveness is necessary to progress. Thank

you both for helping me get rid of the baggage of being right. I will meditate

on your words and change.

Gratefully,

Jake

Hi shrikant , behind every anger there is fear, that fear comes of feelings of

being separated. It leaves a gaping hole, the hole is the desire to be back in

the womb of kali, the all, oneness. We here have all gone through this pain and

fear you now carry. It will transmute , your visions may be harsh , I quite often

walk in hell , but we are here and will walk with you.Try if you can to allow

the pain to release, just let it go. Scream cry whatever you have to do just let

it come out of you and release it.
