It is the Prana, Samana,Udana, Apana and Vyana.

I can experience all this now as I try to relate and learn from an article.

The algorithm I could picture till now is as follows as to what is going on?

The ability to perceive the activity of different airs now and not before K

rise, itself explains that

it is only because of K, (a strong prana) that everything is perceived.

1. Prana - the activity going on in the head, clearly explains Prana.

Prana + Kundalini from the spine => More energetic prana and hence more

noticeable energy on the head.

2. When I close my eyes, an energy swipes left and right.

This is Naga. This air is independent from my Prana as both activities happen

simultaneously.

3. I can experience belching in the stomach.

This should be Samana. However, this needs some effort. Not easily perceptible for

me.

4. Another air constantly works round the throat. This is Udana.

In my previous experiences ( K in an hour), I had explicitly mentioned activity

going on in the head

and in the neck. Now it is clear. Obviously, the activity in the throat is

because of the Udana or I experience Udana.

and the activity in the head is that of Prana.

5. Apana is for ex*retory activity.

6. The energy that flows through my legs - from the soul to the top is Apana.

All these days, the energy movements that I constantly notice etc,. are the

vital airs in the body.

How true. Subtler than the physical body are the vital airs. Without vital airs,

the whole body is not there.

I am happy to decode these. The only way to decode this is because of K.

Even before an activity occurs, I can find out the air there.

For example, sometimes there is an e*ection, but we dont know why.

Before K or the knowledge of the vital airs, you cant decipher as to why it

happened?

But now I know, that the vital airs they move through the a*us, they create a

e*otic effect - the result of which is

a simulation, which sends signals to your brain, the brain responds and the

story goes.... Ofcourse, the reverse can also happen.

With K, all these vital airs gets a oxy boost and hence become more perceptible.

How beautiful ?

Ok, my journey so far has made me realize that we human beings are made of vital

airs and this is a truth till now

as I experience this. Hence, the next obvious question is - ' What is the

source of these airs?'

The answer is again found in the vedic texts -

The vital prana, being neutral and pervading the whole body, has no particular

function like the senses. It is the soul's primary agent for governing the

senses. (Vs 2.4.11) SB 4.16.12

Just as the mind is said to have multiple functions, so the prana has five

functions. (Vs 2.4.12) SB 4.29.6,7

It might be falsely argued that the vital prana is all-pervading. Being the

agent of the atomic soul, the vital prana is really atomic; thus it leaves the

body along with the soul at the time of death. (Vs 2.4.13) SB 4.28.24

The secondary pranas activate the physical senses under the shelter of the

vital prana, which is moved by the Supersoul. The pranas do not move themselves,

nor are they moved by the devas, nor are they even moved by the individual

spirit soul alone. (Vs 2.4.14) SB 7.2.45, 5.20.28

The Brhad-aranyaka Upanisad declares the individual soul to also be a ruler of

the pranas by his enjoyment of them, for instance during sleep. The demigods

are also rulers of the pranas because they define the activities of the senses.

All this is under the supervision of the Supreme Lord. (Vs 2.4.15) SB 3.26.71,

6.4.25

The Supersoul is the eternal controller of the individual spirit souls and the

demigods. (Vs 2.4.16) SB 5.11.13-14

The vital prana is not a sense organ, though the subordinate pranas may be

taken as such because they move through the apertures of the sensory gates. (Vs

2.4.17) SB 4.28.56-58
