Guest guest Posted August 11, 2009 Report Share Posted August 11, 2009 1) First of all I would encourage you to visit your inner joy as much as you can. Do it and remember the joy as much as you can. Allow this joy to permeate your present situations. 2) Please take out of your internal expression, dialogue and thoughts any kind of self deprecation or self slander in thought or inner or outer voice or deed. 3) Begin to forgive yourself and others as a form of a constant yet light mediation. As you go through your life and have interaction keep the levels of forgiveness fresh for yourself even though there may not be anything obvious at any particular time. 4) Actively " Trust " that you are loved and that you count and that you are important to how this world and the communities of people upon it can begin to form joyful connections. Look at your teachings and the community development you do as a validation of this fact. 5) Do the five Tibetans and the meditation after it as seen and described here: and 6) Be as tolerant as you can of those who challenge you personally and from afar. Do not form any inner agreements when people say or do things that are not beneficial for or about you. Just let that go. 7) See God in everything and everyone. Make this a choice that you choose if you are comfortable with that. Just make that choice and notice when that choice is honored through out your day. Do this script with purpose and diligence and intent every day. Blessings Shaun.
