My advice for you Ben is to go slow.

 

Your family needs you as much as you need the Kundalini. Please do not have any

regrets for choosing your family, your babies, over the energetic situation as

you understood it at that time. That was a correct choice imho.

 

Now that you have new information and a community you are in a better position

to have the Kundalini. But please take note that it is a very powerful state and

it is always good to move slowly and with care as you begin to come into this

expression.

 

Kundalini changes her children. And I know that you will do what you must to be
