Guest guest
As some of you know I have not worked much in the last few years and just recently got a job. This job is lifting heavy books and boxes of books up to 40 #'s. Well I have never done much manual labor except I have cleaned houses at times. It has only been a week and a half and my K is kicking in - I woke up yesterday feeling " off " and very dizzy. I walk leaning and have to hold on to something at times. Last night as I sat working on the computer I felt a rush of K all thru my body and felt kind of sick so I laid down and said the Shakti prayer and tried to meditate which is really hard for me - I can hold the eyes up for a short time and then I start to sleep - can follow the breathe for a time then dose off and jerk awake - then when I went to bed I felt the bumpy feeling in my lower back - I just smiled telling Shakti to do what she needed to do - So today I felt dizzy again - tonight I feel somewhat better and as I say this the nauseous starts and I am very sleepy. I am more active than I have been in a long time lots of walking lots of moving about doing some heavy work - I hurt all over reminds me of the pain of fibro - yet the good thing is I am feeling the K move - that is always a nice feeling - do not enjoy the being dizzy though - I am fortunate for I have no responsibilities I can relax when needed - lay down and let the feelings of dizziness wash over me then go to bed - of course the bed feels like it is spinning - on a sea of air - We have thunder tonight- storms in the distance - when I was little we had a ship pic over the mantle and when ever there was thunder dad would say the guys on the ship were bowling - I always pictured god up in the heavens bowling - I love storms of any kind - I used to sit on the porch swing during rain storms and enjoy the smells and the sounds - I can sit here and feel and smell the memory - it is cooling down the wind is picking up and the trees are rustling as the sound of those bowling balls covers the sky - it will be in the 60's here tonight - gotta love living on a mountain- So does K like movement ? I would say yes indeed - and K must like heavy work too - now if my body would learn to like it too. Blessings... e
Guest guest
Hi E, yes, this makes a lot of sense to me. There is quite a bit of research that suggests that doing even moderate weights, three times a week for 20-30 minutes a time, turns back biochemical age markers 10+ years quite quickly. Muscles and weights are the engine of youth love and the Incredible Hulk.. lol Bruce This job is lifting heavy books and boxes of books up to 40 #'s. Guest guest
Hello our beautiful , I've been wondering how your job was going...Wow that is a lot of lifting!!! How are the people you are working with? And the kids? I've been wondering wondering wondering! I hope you are surrounded by people that appreciate and love you and if not yet they soon will and perhaps they will lend a hand with some of those boxes! You'll probably soon be running marathons and dropping doing 50 (pushups) - of course Lindas cartwheeling is kinda catchy too! (: I love storms too ! I always notice much movement with the k during a storm and I never know if its because the K likes the storms or the recognition from me liking the storm? (: Sounds like a dream living on the mountain in that endless southwestern sky - Thinking of you out there enjoying the storm and knowing they all must adore you there as we do here...And for a weird question...did you ever wonder since the k feels so electrical if its okay to go out in lightening? hahaha Yes I think of strange things... Much love to you and may your muscles be kind to you Deb (: , " " . wrote: >

Guest guest
Hi e, I know just what you mean about the K moving around when you are busy or doing heavy work. I've been up and down ladders window cleaning, done 4 loads of washing, went to town food shopping, changed the beds, vacumed the house, cooked dinner and finaly wrote some letters. All through the day my K has been moving up and down as if in a sea/wave motion and I too have felt nauseus today. As I also have fibro. I feel I will pay for it tomorrow. It really reminds me of carrying a baby and having it moving about all day inside you, with the accompanying morning sickness. I'mm off to bed soon so hope fully my K Baby will give me some rest. Blessings, Skydancer x > > This job is lifting heavy books and boxes of books up to 40 #'s.
