Hey, ! Sorry you are sore but it's encouraging that you can feel K moving!

My K movement seems to have stopped for now. Only a tiny wiggle yesterday but

it's been quiet for many days now. It's nice you can lie down and just surrender

to what's happening. I can't say I'd be able to do that. Too many demands on me~

You must be getting the same front we are! I love your memory of thunderstorms

(and bowling!) when you were a child! We had a gully-washer of a storm about

4am. It woke me up and I lay there listening. I love thunderstorms, don't get

them enough here in the desert., despite it being our " monsoon " season. I lay

listening to the thunder rolling and wouldn't go back to sleep because I didn't

want to miss this joy. As the rain fell in buckets on the roof overhead, I had a

strange sensation that a phantom of the rain, it's energy maybe, continued on

through the roof and through me so it was like I was getting rained on with the

energy of the rain. I don't know if that makes sense. It was like something of

the rain passed through the roof, passed through me lying there in the bed and

carried on into the earth below. It was interesting. I've never had that notion

or feeling before.

I guess you are building muscle, which is a good thing. Hope the pain

doesn't last and the dizziness goes soon. I don't like that disorienting

feeling. I'll be thinking of you, e!

Love,

Valarie
