Edgar:

Thinking of you. I have been down that road many times. People check out of our

lives for unseen things. The reason may be apparent later. I know that you know

this. It has always been hard for me to be part of the separation situation.

Years ago I increased my substance abuse to cope whenever a partner left. Of

coarse this made the depression worse and also took away the value of looking at

the matter face to face and learning from it. When I crossed the paths of

the women that I separated from years ago it was apparent that we did not have

much in common or they did not seem to have changed much. I was trying not to

judge but this is what surfaced. I am in a much better place now because of

those separations. Hope that this makes you feel just a little better. As you

know, the group is here for you.
