Guest guest Posted August 16, 2009 Report Share Posted August 16, 2009 Hi, my name is Brendan and I'm very happy to find this group as this is not something you can talk to many people about! I've been doing yoga, mostly kundalini, for a year or so. For a few months I'd been having some sensation in my back but nothing remarkable. Anyway, about a month ago I sat down to meditate and was very surprised when kundalin shakti went up the back of my neck into my brain and up and out of the crown chakra. It went in circles all around my third eye and the top of my head, then it came down forming a helmet of heat. From this point on the kundalini shakti has never left, I feel it in many places but it is always zipping round my head. It has also been to the crown a few times and done the helmet thing, sometimes when I'm having(or trying to have!) a conversation with someone! In the few days before this happened I dreamt first of the goddess Isis, then of a woman dressed in blue, then finally, of a really big snake.
