I just start doing safeties and I begin with five Tibetan ! its wonderful! I planned to prepare myself for the Autumnal equinox shaktipat and want to do my best! (fortunately I can forget the rest btw I have some kundalini yoga videos from what do you think about them? should I do their exercises? or its just the waste of time? (As chrism wants?....hmmmmm) I will hope it becomes more of what it is you want Lazarus_again. Yes the Kundalini Yoga, see how you feel about that practice as you do the safeties and come to your own conclusions. I suggest the five Tibetans for their balanced approach. If you are comfortable in your Yoga practice and it is also balanced, giving equal attentions to both sides of the body, then I see no problem.
