Guest guest
Ugh! Uhhh…..shhhh….uomph! The cat takes her paw off of my mouth. " Geez Lasha do you HAVE to do that? " I ask sleepily. With that she gives me the old " one eye " to the face to make her point. Its six a.m. and I have, as I typically do, retired a little past three o clock a.m. the golden hour. Kundalini is always active and it never decreases for me. Sometimes it increases though depending upon the situation. Lasha is up and waiting impatiently for me to get the hint. So I look at her and roll over and zzzzz a bit more if I am free to do so. I finally get up and she jumps to the chair to watch me dress and to get petted. I gently lift her to the floor and she scampers out the open door of the trailer waiting for me to follow and I do follow and head straight for the fish. The three fish are up and waiting for me to visit and they swim around in anticipation of their breakfast which I give them. Lasha jumps up to tell me to hurry it up! She gets HER breakfast and I enjoy the qualities of the morning. I water plants and walk around looking at the bees if they are up and making myself a hot beverage. If prayers are to be said I say them if a meditation is to be given I do so. If anything of the nature of the expanded Kundalini gifts are brought to the expressive aspect of the body then they are surrendered to. This is constant throughout the day and night. The day is as much of a meditation and practice as are the forays out of the body during the sleeping periods. I scatter to the void during sleep. And to those for whom it is determined a visit is helpful. As the morning matures I begin to tune in to the groups and open to the instructions given for each individual whether or not they have written. I then open the group up on the computer and begin to look at what assistance may be given. -

Guest guest
Namaste dear Chrism Thanks for sharing your morning with us. . . i had to laugh about Lasha. . for i have the other bookend Kitty Diva Luna LaMoon that most every evening sits on my chest and places her paw on my lips and holds my mouth shut. . .but the one that gets me to really lose my peace is when she give me a french kiss. . . .it takes me awhile after the spewing to say; " and that too. " . . . Chrism i appreciate what you shared about the journey. . .thank you or you. . .i know you are not your story. . .and to hear what you have emerged through i hold with deep honor. . .i think for us that began the process many years ago it was a more dense energetic process. . .and with everyone that successfully navigates the terrain it helps to clear the density for those coming forth. . . . . .there is only One of us here. . . i hold you with true respect for the path you have walked and what has been released from that journey. . .it is all grace. . .and you are grace to so many. . .thank you. . .what has been created through your life is goodness. . . love ordinary sparrow , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Ugh!
