Thanks Richard.

 

And even now as I type I can hear a constant ringing. I've heard this for a

week or so, tinnitus or something I believe it's called, but it's here most of

the time. Something like when you've been exposed to loud music or power tools

or whatever the source, afterward you hear the ringing, that's what I'm hearing

a lot.

Dear Bill,

              This is called anahad naad in naad yoga.I know a person who has it

continuously for last many years.This does not affect his hearing capacity.

In case of that person this anahad naad or unstrck sound stops if he comes in

contact with indecent person.............................shrikant.
