inner cranial sounds+visions

Hi again Maji, Linda, et all,

 

When I first started hearing the sounds during the day, they sounded like a

tumble dryer going round and round, non stop. I knew it wasn't mine and would

blame it on my upstairs neighbour. One day it seemed really loud so I phoned J

at work and said " Cant you hear all that noise " , and held my phone up to the

wall where the noised seemed to be coming from.

 

When he got home he played my 'noise' back to me and there was nothing! It was

all in my mind. Then the noises started at night as I was falling asleep. This

time they sounded like aliens sending me coded messages and as the messages came

lots of faces would flash before the inside of my eyes. Faces of all colours,

ages, nationalities etc. In each face I could see something I recognised, but I

did not know them.

 

I now accept these sounds and images as part of my process and once I did that I

could relax with it all.

Thanks Iona, back when I was having a lot of OBEs I would see the different

faces and hear lots of strange sounds. This sound/sensation in my head now seems

different from those, but sometimes I do get the sensation that my astral body

pops out and back in very quickly even when I am awake. It makes my stomach feel

like I am on a roller coaster. Swooshing out and in!

 

I have not had the sense of this sound being something outside my head.

 

Anyways, I am feeling at ease with it now. I got 3 whole hours of sleep this

morning and I feel great. James went to bed early last night about 10:30 and he

is still asleep! I am wondering if I should go wake him up to make sure he is

OK. Hehe! If he doesn't wake up soon, I will, because I am getting real hungry.

My breakfast watermelon was used up quickly.
