Guest guest
Sometimes. For those who are sensitive to solar radiations and the consciousness of the sacred male. No need to get burned though. Twenty minutes of " complete " front and back exposure should be fine. imhe.- chrism , " astraltraveler1984 " <mjf84 wrote: > > Does sunbathing clear negative attachments? >
Guest guest
a pranic healer I know recommends saltwater bath with instant coffee in the tub - this when a bath in ocean water isn't possible... At the time no one was openly discussing negative attachments but he does the energetic cord severing at the front and back solar plexus and base chakras - chakra cleansing visualizing pranic energy of different colors. What do you think Chrism.. do you think ocean water baths could be on par with the sun to clear negative attachments? - Anna Mon, 17 Aug 2009 19:37:26 +0000 Re: Sunbathing Sometimes. Guest guest
Yes but not with the coffee lol! Unless it is organic and free range fresh ground, fair trade coffee of course lol! Heh! Maybe some vanilla flavoring? The baking soda baths work well and yes the ocean bathing would work as well. But in regards to the ocean bathing - going into the ocean with the intention of clearing and coming into balance is always the preferred way. Not as " Dude like you know? Totally awesome waves dude! Let's get rid of some negs and blow some tubes yeah! " lol! Course that might work too I havent tried that. Guest guest
Thanks guys, The only reason I asked was because I have been getting swarmed lately with some not so nice things and normally I either manually deal with them, call in christ consciousness or have a friend do it. Lately when I am feeling suspiciously drained or heavy when I get up, I get an intense urge to lay in the sun to " charge. " I did it today after another possible nightly visit and after an hour of breathing the sun through my crown and into my body, it was like a miracle, I felt completely clear and full of energy. So I definitely think there is something to this. I have done the salt baths, those are good too but I think from what I experienced the sun seems to be a lot more powerful. Or better yet going to the beach and swimming in the ocean
Guest guest
I think has suggested pure and clean streams or rivers for this as well, a nice pure clean cold mountain stream or waterfall if you can! Not during Shaktipat though... be well, bradly > The baking soda baths work well and yes the ocean bathing would work as well. Guest guest
You might be intrigued to hear about Sungazing. Though probably just as effective to simply bath in the sun: www.solarhealing.com/sgprocess.htm Bliss, Maggie 1 , " astraltraveler1984 " <mjf84 wrote: > > Thanks guys, > > The only reason I asked was because I have been getting swarmed lately with some not so nice things and normally I either manually deal with them, call in christ consciousness or have a friend do it. >
Guest guest
Greetings Everyone, It's nice to see you all again. I know I don't post all that often but I had a quick moment to comment on this sunbathing topic. You can think of yourself as human crystal and use the sun's energy to recharge, just like you would do in charging/clearing a quartz crystal. You can do any meditation/breathing/sensing techniques to strengthen and heal the chakras and outer energetic layers. (This can help with night attacks.) Any time in the sun can be utilized. It doesn't have be complete sunbathing. From my experiences as well, the sun is extremely powerful. I've been doing such for many many years. And a quick tip in relation to negatives; feel, sense, breathe in the " visualized sun " . It will help restore balance. I just wanted to let you know that you aren't the only one =) Love and Light, StarStuffs " astraltraveler1984 " <mjf84 wrote: > Lately when I am feeling suspiciously drained or heavy when I get up, I get an intense urge to lay in the sun to " charge. Guest guest
Hi Starstuffs, so good to read you again - I noticed you were too modest to mention your excellent website http://www.starstuffs.com/ with its dazzling array of spiritual topics, a Link within which is " Science " that has much content on Astronomy and Telescopes of possible interest to Bill and Deb. ==================================== Starstuffs wrote: " Greetings Everyone, it's nice to see you all again. Guest guest
Hello Everyone, It has taken me a bit of catch-up reading to get to this thread again. The threads move so quickly! I don't always get a chance to make comments, but it is always nice to read my fellow sojourners in Kundalini Awakening. In quick response... Chrism: " I would suggest no more than twenty minutes per side and to open all areas to the light even those that do not normally see the Sun. " lol yes, however sunscreen might be advised. John: Thank you for the mention. Although much work needs to be done. In regards to Astronomy, I would love more time to set up the telescope for viewing. *dreaming* Love and Light Always, StarStuffs
