Knowing about them really changes that dynamic though even intuitive " knowing " such as what you were experiencing Linda. Shadow people can be these mists in a humanoid form. But once again " now that you know " this changes the landscape of interactions. Before you " knew " you had perhaps a suspicion or faith that these things were real or a certain way. Now that you KNOW well that changes everything. Gives you control. Tornado dreams are not so much of the conscious evil kind of thing. They are natural and can be seen as harbingers of change and or fear tests. Gods urban renewal and a force of change in a persons life.
