Hi All! Whoa I haven't been checking this newsgroup lately and found 906 emails

in this email account. ;D

So my question - I was browsing my fav bookstore and came upon a book called

" Kundalini Awakening " (by John Selby). I was wondering if anyone here has ever

read it and what you thought about it?

So far as I'm reading it, I love how the author discusses chakras and

meditations and approaching kundalini " gradually " - exactly what I've been

looking for!!

Just looking for opinions on the book and how it's helped/not-helped? you.

Thanks all,

Jackie

Dear jackie,

I have liked the book.I followed chakra breathing.after reading the book I

started reciting OM,I found that one can hear lum/vum/rum/yam/hum/om in subtle

form by focussing on Root/Sacral/solar plexus/heart and 3rd eye chakra

respectively.A person I know started Kundalini awakening after reading this

book. His son was in U.S. then he asked him to send copy of this book from

there. This guy did not believe in Kundalini, now he boasts as if he is an expert

on the subject. My request to you is to follow the book after consultation with

Chrism who is competent authority,

I liked certain sentences from the book as Sex for its own selfish sake has

become a hallmark of our present era 2)K is an attention vehicle; where

attention is there Kundalini goes.3)Tune in to your full presence here 4)First

chakra meditatio is important if you have health problems. 5)If they get

enlightenment they must not linger on it. 6) A wise man coserves his seed 7)

kundalini energy is a wild animal 8)We contain atleast seven galaxies of

infinite dimensions within us 9) frightening parallel universes.

List is long ,.bye till then.

kindly consult before venturing................................shrikant

Hi Shrikant,

Thanks for your response. What'd you think of the book? Did you benefit from it

in any way?

Thanks,

Jackie
