I used to like doing it lying down, but now I often get this strange feeling like I am drowning and must interrupt. I sort of feel weighted down, as if I cant get breath or something.. often I fall in to this sort of sleep, but not quite, that's not very pleasent. it's like I cannot stay focused with my mind and it slips away/feels thick and dense.. it's hard to descibe.. it's only been happening these last few weeks, I had no trouble staing awake before, even lying on my back. so i was wondering if any of you have tips that work for you, or worked for you when you started in the beginning.
