Guest guest
This is the resume of what i´m practice every day and my question is if i have to change something or add something or focus on something else. 1.I make the locks (placing the tongue upward, the eyes up and the fingers in position). In that position i make 15 cycles of alternate nostril breathing. 2.I repeat the Shakti prayer 3 times, also 3 times that i forgive to everyone who hurt me in my past for my actions ,and 3 times that i wish from everyone to forgive me for my bad actions. 3.Repetition of my gratitude to the Goddess for all that i have in my life, material earnings and spiritual guides which She provided me. 4.My food is 95 % Raw vegan.I was searching a lot in this camp this is my best food choice. 5.I do yoga every day when i´m not ill. 6.My work include enough exercise i suppose. 7.I try to avoid negative or stressful fonts of information as much as i can. What i actually not emphasis is the practice of the tibetans ,and not so regularly doing meditation. I was searching a lot in the books about conditioning of the bodies of expression, most of them was Osho writings on the topic, and i had completely different understanding of this theme. He speaks in his works that the man should go step by step cleaning the bodies.Starting with the physical and going through the ethereal, astral etc.He says 1 time the physical is clean out we become conscious of the ethereal and when the ethereal is clean out we become conscious of the astral etc. Finally i clean almost completely my physical body and there is no sensation for any other form inside of it or around it.In reality we have our out of body experience after the opening ,when really the light and the oneness is felt.If is not like that please correct me Crisim. By the help of kundalini we become conscious of our 5 bodies.I wish to understand something more about when we become conscious of our subtle forms and if it is any difference between people with spontaneous awakening (without cleaning of the nadis) and others like me?I mean in the result which is obtained or it is the same and the level which is gained. In the book of Swami Kriananda - " The path " Paramhasa Yogananda says that very small part of the enlightened masters are fully enlightened.I can´t understand the meaning of his words. In other place Osho says that some of the searchers stop on the 5-th level ,6-th level end never reach the seventh level(or the 7-th body). Finally you are enlightened or you are not ,how one can be middle enlightened? I really need more clarification in this areas - Thank you Crisim if you can help me or anyone else and blessings to you and to the group! Guest guest
Osho, Kriananda, Yogananda. Good teachers of certain qualities. I am curious as to what Master Asenanada thinks and feels? Does he feel cleansed? Does he feel he is doing well or does he feel there is room for improvement? Just curious. My opinions of what these other teachers are doing is that they teach what they know to teach and it is for you to discern if it is appropriate for you. I will suggest that you get some discipline and do the five Tibetans daily. These are as a step by step cleansing and healing and activation primer. I will suggest that you meditate daily and begin to focus on your internal work as well as the external work.- lol! From these practices can your subtle realizations occur. Spontaneous Kundalini can be very difficult. It is best, imho, to prepare as much as can be prepared and move into the divine expression with grace and fearlessness and loving surrender and understanding. One cultivate these by actually practicing the safeties and actually giving compassion and service and forgiveness and tolerance and patience and love and trust and graciousness and joy and diligence, discipline in practice and openness. Find where you are weak in any of these areas and make your correction dear Asenananda. You are doing well in checking in and may your many teachers serve you well! -

Guest guest
LOL .Asenananda is from the Crisim lineage and already has been readed all his teachings.) Ok my friend your gave me a perfect answer which cleaned all my misunderstandings that i had.lol I see you are tired from so many and great philosophers so i stop asking on another gurus teachings. It is common error to want to know everything and not to go in to the right direction but what to do this is in the human nature i think.I will start with the Tibetans as soon as i can ( i had problems with the first one especially) and i will do meditation regularly. In my daily experiences i have muscle shaking and continuous flow of kundalini. Some times so much energy raised that it is like the body can´t take it.I think my kundalini awakening is joyful generally.I have more and more brilliant moments when i feel love and compassion to all beings and i want to make them happy in some way. This make me more happy and complete .In the first time when the infusion start it was painful at times, but now i´m feeling how it melts my body and mind more and more giving me bliss. The only unpleasnt think is that i had dreams with snakes which turn into bread, large bread (a little be strange but what to do) .So that is all from me many blessings to you and the group!...
