Or in stimulating a jump from a plateau. This is good and something (i) and grace* (Kundalini) do with joy. There are some conditions. As I explain at the seminars, the use of this energy must always be based in love and consideration. Never out of hatred or spite, revenge or greed. There are certain fail safes within this that will present to the person who operates outside these parameters. Sometimes after one incident sometimes after many it depends upon what is being learned and how the K - being an intelligent force by itself - wishes the response metered. Often it is by reversing the gift or taking it away. Or through lessons designed to help the person understand the error of their ways. Clearing or balancing the five bodies is one of the most important tasks for the person preparing to receive the energy. For those wishing to begin preparation please indicate by writing the list and communicating this. Forgiveness can be a very beneficial first step. Forgiveness clears the past and present energetic attitudes of an individual, and if you have been practicing other systems this will become clear to you as your energy will respond almost immediately to the idea, before the Shaktipat is even initiated. Yoga is great for the physical centers major and minor to begin to receive the energy. There are no barriers of distance for the Shaktipat. It is constant where ever you are. I will use a Scatterfield that keeps the energy at a 24/7 level and sometimes not it varies with the individual. I ask that the person be involved with a practice of the safeties that is in accordance with the application of forgiveness, love, trust, surrender, diligence, service, gratitude, and honesty for the emotional yoga and a practice of the five Tibetans or yoga or Tai Chi for the physical yoga. The bliss and joy will come sometimes after the initial spinal sweep sometimes before. The safeties that are given are to be followed daily, some are dietary some are behavioral, some are physical. All are important for the safe and joyous flow to be accomplished within you. You will own this activation/awakening. Last Fall (Day 2 or 3 of Fall Shaktipat) I felt this as I was going to take a nap and my left hip and shoulder first rested on the floor. I thought it was the lower third of my spinal column but it might have just been in the tailbone and what I felt coming up from that. The second jump was due to the activities and Shaktipat during the May seminar: I feel that my metabolism improved and I lost fear of walking in the dark. Now I know and believe without any doubt it was a falsely conditioned fear. - Anna Monday, October 6, 2008, 12:06 PM Hello Chrism, I certainly want to thank you for the shaktipat as I experienced different physical symptoms. namely... increased amount and varying kinds of sounds in my head...and then one time a thoroughly long vibration throughout the center of my body's length as if the spinal column itself had become the serpent...a strong vibration not unlike that of a harley motor scaled and callibrated to fit the human body... quite awestruck.
